I wanted to drop a note to express our deepest appreciation on our recent home purchase through Rachael Roumaya. This was a really unusual transaction. Rachael made all arrangements, pulled all listings from MLS, etc. Part of the negotiation was a super super quick closing as we were leaving the country for sixteen days. Rachael ended up doing her part and the other realtor's. We finally met at the closing!! Rachael knew we were leaving and there was a list of repairs that had to be completed per contract . She arranged all the subs, sent numerous texts, emails and phone calls. Rachael then completed a walk through with the subs found items incomplete and stayed on top of everything until finished. So today we are officially finished with our purchase. I wanted to express our complete satisfaction and amazement in the service we received from Rachael. We have been so impressed with her professionalism, work ethics and follow through. This is not idle praise. I owned my own real estate firm (which Rachael did not know until now) in another state and had several associates under my brokerage. We have worked with several agents and have NEVER found one that met the standards I had set. I would have been honored and privileged to have had an associate like Rachael working with me.
